Course Summary

Photography and its styles can be as unique as the fingerprints we are born with. The desire for well-being and good mental health is a universal desire. Seven years ago Adrian was diagnosed with a chronic lack of self-worth and later PTSD. It was photography and its use in different ways and in different facets of his life that got him through and indeed changed his life forever. From Mindful Photography, journaling, embracing the Japanese ideas of Kintsugi and even photographing the streets, Adrian found creative ways to overcome so much. During these 5 short workshops, he will introduce you to various photographic approaches, giving you a chance to practice each and he will share tools to help you in everyday life.
